The Hinton Voice moved to online delivery since the March 19 edition and suspended distribution of its print publication in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We made this decision with the safety of our carriers, our vendors, and the community as a whole in mind, and to stay in line with the direction that everyone should stay home as much as possible and practice social distancing to help combat the spread of COVID-19.
We want to thank the community for their support over the past few months – to the local businesses who continue to advertise during challenging times, and to the residents whose readership reinforces our relevance in the community.
Additional thanks to those who submitted photos and shared stories about how they were spending their time during physical distancing and home schooling in the initial phase of COVID-19. We appreciate your continued trust in our reporting and storytelling in being your Voice.
To our subscribers:
We will suspend your subscription and when regular delivery resumes you will get the service you paid for, for the duration you paid for.
To our community:
We will continue to provide coverage of the issues, groups, and individuals that shape our community. The only thing that is changing is the medium by which you receive this news.
We thank you for your understanding in this ever-changing reality.
